The WNK sanitary flat membrane pressure transmitter adopts a high-performance oil-filled diffused silicon core. The dedicated integrated circuit inside converts the sensor's millivolt signal into standard voltage, current or 485 signal, which can be directly connected to computer interfaces, control instruments, intelligent instruments or PLCS for convenient connection. The process connection of the pressure transmitter adopts aseptic card-type diaphragm sealing, which is widely used in the food, dairy, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.


Application Challenges:


1. Milk and fruit juice contain organic acids, sugar and other chemical components, which can corrode the transmitter. Meanwhile, sediment or accumulated residues will form in the storage tank, contaminating the surface of the sensor and affecting the measurement accuracy.

2. The transmitters in the milk and juice storage tanks must comply with strict hygiene standards to prevent any microorganisms or foreign substances from contaminating the food. Meanwhile, the sensors need to be frequently cleaned and disinfected to ensure compliance with hygiene requirements.

3. The viscosity and density of fruit juice and milk vary with temperature and composition, which affects the measurement accuracy of the transmitter, especially in terms of liquid level and flow measurement.

4. The structure of the storage tank is complex. Sometimes, the installation position of the transmitter is not conducive to precise measurement (such as dead corners, positions with intense stirring, etc.), which may lead to unstable measurement data.
